It is not our plan to offer special deals but to offer you the best price on everything we sell, every day. This way, you get the fabric YOU want at the best price, not some fabric that nobody else wanted at a blowout sale price. With this in mind, our industry-leading standard policies are as follows:

Free samples

Shopping for fabric is an interactive process and that includes the sense of touch.  There’s nothing like getting an advance feel for what your new upholstery will be like in the comfort of your own home. It’s also a good idea to sample a fabric to ensure that the colors match your existing décor... and your mind’s eye. Cameras, computer monitors, software - even different lighting and viewing angles - affect how the colors of a fabric will look in your home. As a partner in this process, we at KOVIfabrics.com will send you up to FIVE free samples cut from the actual bolt of fabric in our warehouse so you’ll be sure that the fabric’s texture and color are right for you. If you’d like to really go wild with the samples (let’s face it, playing with design ideas by using the sample swatches is fun!), those in addition to your free five are available at a nominal charge. Simply select all the samples of fabric you’d like to consider, complete the order and we’ll send them our within 1 business day. Also note that the fabric samples will be sized to give you a complete feel for the fabric, even one full representation of large scale repeat designs.

Free Shipping

As a service to our customers and as part of our continuous mission to lower our customers’ cost of designer fabrics, we’ll spring for the shipping on all orders over 5 yards to the 48 contiguous United States. Of course shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and International destinations is available and is passed through with no mark-up at our negotiated rates. For orders less than 5 yards, ground shipping is just a flat rate of $12.89.

Save money on the best fabrics for your upholstery when you buy direct from KOVIfabrics.com.  KOVI designer upholstery fabrics are available exclusively online and only though this site so we don’t have the overhead of expensive showrooms at exclusive design centers.
