While you may not run out to reupholster a sofa just for one holiday, there are plenty of ways to make the holidays work with any fabric choice and the right color board.<\/p>\n<p>Start by getting holiday throws and pillows for your furniture. That will even make the most basic of fabric patterns look festive. The first photo below makes great use of the concept. The featured color board above from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thepinkbride.com\/wedding-color-palette-rustic-winter-holiday-red-green\/\">The Pink Bride<\/a>\u00a0shows how some basic holiday colors like dark red and green were worked into a wedding d\u00e9cor style. Take the same principle and apply to the rest of the room. Look for red and green items with black accents, like in the photos below.
