Guarantees and Terms
- We sell only first quality fabric and vinyl.
- All of our fabric and vinyl are rolled on long, firm cardboard tubes to keep them wrinkle free. The rolled fabric is then packaged in a plastic sleeve for protection during transit.
- We offer up to 5 Free Samples Sent at No Charge. This eliminates all guesswork on your part regarding color, texture, pattern, weight, etc.
- Samples are sent by 1st class mail and can be sent to any address including P.O. Boxes. However, merchandise is shipped via UPS and an actual street address is required.
- Our yardage calculator will provide you with estimated yardage needed for your upholstery project(s). Please keep in mind:
- If you are purchasing a fabric without a pattern, always order slightly more than you think you may need as we can not guarantee the dye-lot of a future purchase should you need more.
- Our yardage calculator chart assumes a plain fabric where a pattern does not need to be matched. For patterns that you wish to match, we recommend ordering an additional 15%.
- We offer Free Ground Shipping on purchases of 5 yards or more within the 48 contiguous states!! Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
- For purchases less than 5 yards, ground shipping is just a Flat Rate of $12.89!
- For purchases shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada shipping will be charged on a per order basis. Please e-mail or call Customer Service and we will gladly provide you with the shipping charge and time needed in transit prior to placing your order.
- If you are interested in receiving your order quicker than UPS ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states you may select from the following additional options at the time of checkout on your order:
- 2 day air delivery: $5/yd with a minimum of $25 shipping charge.
- 1 day air delivery: $10/yd with a minimum of $50 shipping charge.
- We inspect our fabric and vinyl but it is important that you do the same because no claims will be allowed after merchandise has been cut.
- Our minimum order is 1 yard. After 1 yard, we sell in 1/4 yard increments.
- We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and money order/cashier check. We also accept personal checks with a 10 day delay in shipping.
- Credit card and debit card purchases will be charged when your order is shipped.
- If an order is lost we will handle all the necessary paperwork. We insure all of our shipments and will reship your merchandise at no charge to you.
- If an order is damaged in transit we will contact UPS and reship your damaged merchandise at no charge to you. Please keep all shipping material for UPS to pick up or inspect at a specified date. Please notify us immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise.
- We check and double check orders before they ship; however, if you receive the wrong merchandise, please email or call our customer service immediately. We will ship your order immediately and issue a pick up for the incorrect one at our expense.
- Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via e-mail. If you would like to track your order, simply click on that tracking number.
- If you have placed an order and would like to change or cancel it, call or email Customer Service immediately to determine if your order has shipped. Please provide us with your first name, last name and email address. Once your order has shipped which is within 1 business day of placing your order, it is not possible to cancel it. However, you may return your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of the shipment date - in which case a refund will be processed for your original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee once we receive the merchandise back in its original, uncut condition. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges are your responsibility
