Most of our fabrics are spot-cleanable or machine washable on gentle cycle. Each order comes with specific care instructions based on your chosen fabric. With proper care, your custom pillows will maintain their beauty for years.

Your custom pillow covers are made to order and delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Yes! We recommend ordering fabric samples before making your final selection. You can order up to 10 samples for a small fee to ensure the colors and textures are perfect for your space.

We offer 8 standard sizes including lumbar pillows (12x20, 12x26, 12x40) and square pillows (18x18, 20x20, 22x22, 24x24, 26x26). These sizes are designed to fit most standard pillow arrangements and furniture styles.

All of our pillow covers are knife-edge with an envelope style back closure. They do not include zippers, trim, cording, or piping. This clean, classic design works beautifully with any fabric and allows for easy removal of the insert for care and maintenance.
