KOVI Fabrics is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. The KOVI Fabrics website strives to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content may not yet fully conform; we are actively remediating known issues.

Our commitment

• KOVI Fabrics is making all reasonable efforts to maintain and increase the accessibility of our website to ensure that persons with disabilities have full and equal access to our goods, services, privileges, advantages and accommodations.

• New and updated web content produced by our organization is built to conform to W3C WAI WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
• We use both automated tooling and manual testing to identify accessibility barriers and prioritize their remediation.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations we are actively working on include:

• The 3D fabric preview is a visual canvas; the same product information is available on the standard product detail page.
• The custom design board is primarily mouse-driven; please contact us by phone or email for an assisted design experience.
• Some embedded third-party widgets (chat, payment processors) are managed by external providers whose accessibility we cannot directly control.
