It is a Microfiber or Microsuede, Velvet, Performance Grade, Stain Resistant, Fade Resistant type of upholstery fabric and it is made of 90% Polyester, 10% Nylon material. It is rated Exceeds 60,000 Wyzenbeek Rubs (Heavy Duty) which makes this upholstery fabric ideal for residential, commercial and hospitality upholstery projects. This upholstery fabric is 54 Inches inches wide and is sold by the yard in 0.25 yard increments or by the roll.
